Ashley County Skilled Workcenter (ACSW) is a non-profit agency which provides day treatment services to adults with developmental disabilities in Ashley and Chicot counties in Southeast Arkansas. ACSW is licensed by the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services, a branch of the Arkansas Department of Human Services.
Ashley County Skilled Workcenter partners with men and women with developmental disabilities, enabling each individual to reach his/her maximum potential as a valued member of the community.
Our staff takes very seriously our commitment to enrich the daily activities and lives of our participants by having on-topic real-world conversations, encouraging personal choice, laughing at our mishaps and our spontaneity, showing compassion for their struggles while honoring their courage to overcome challenges; and most of all, nurturing the family atmosphere created here at Ashley County Skilled Workcenter, Inc.
We pride ourselves in enriching the lives of the individuals we serve to help ensure their independence and confidence as they strive to
become self-sufficient individuals with a plan for the future. We work with each person to discover their natural talents, skills, and how those may apply in reaching their personal success. We present our participants with options that empower them to live independently.
By making a donation you are supporting our programs and helping change the lives of the individuals we serve. ACSW is a 501(c)3 non-profit, so all contributions are tax deductible.
